Niels has many years of experience with employee- and customer satisfaction surveys. This includes the Customer Benchmark of The Financial Sector which is one of the largest customer satisfaction surveys in Denmark, with answers from nearly 40,000 private- and business customers across 38 financial institutions. As a natural extension of his work with these kinds of surveys, Niels also has great experience with Churn Analytics where he, with the help from several machine learning-techniques, uncovers reasons for customer decreases of firms. Furthermore, he has experience from asset management projects in e.g. the public utility sector, focusing on risk assessment and forecasting.

With a background as Cand.Scient (master's degree) in Mathematics and Business Economics from Aarhus University, Niels possesses a natural interest for new topics in mathematics, statistics and machine learning-techniques. He works structured and analytically, and at the same time he puts an effort in creating good, trustful customer relations. Therefore, he is always listening, thorough and well-prepared in his endeavours of delivering value-for-money to his customers.
